Special RN Pay Programs
Jefferson Memorial Hospital offers Weekend Option and special pay rates for PRN RN’s.
Our PRN Program has three levels and is based upon shift commitments within a four-week period. The rate of pay increases based upon the number of shift commitments. Level I requires 24 hours, Level II requires 60 hours and Level III requires 96 hours.
Our Weekend Option Program provides two choices: 1. Full-time status with benefits, your base pay + a premium pay + applicable shift differentials. 2. Offers a higher fixed rate + applicable shift differentials and no benefits.
