Medical
- You choose providers from the HealthLink Open Access I Network of Preferred Providers list.
- Low employee cost.

- 100% coverage for inpatient and outpatient services at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Emergency Room co-pay only $75.
- Deductible only $500 for services outside of Jefferson Memorial Hospital.
Dental
- Traditional plan — you choose any dentist.
- Employee premiums begin at $7.00 per pay period minus pre-tax savings.
- No deductible for preventative care; $50 calendar year deductible on other dental services.
- $1,500 per year benefit for each family member.

Paid Time Off
