Medical

  • You choose providers from the HealthLink Open Access I Network of Preferred Providers list.

  • 100% coverage for inpatient and outpatient services at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Emergency Room co-pay only $75.
  • Deductible only $500 for services outside of Jefferson Memorial Hospital.

Dental

  • Traditional plan — you choose any dentist.
  • Employee premiums begin at $7.00 per pay period minus pre-tax savings.
  • No deductible for preventative care; $50 calendar year deductible on other dental services.
  • $1,500 per year benefit for each family member.

Vision

  • Unity Eye Care Network discount program.
  • Enrolled concurrent with health plan at no additional cost.

Life

  • Basic coverage provided to you at no cost.
  • Additional supplemental life coverage available for you and your dependents at group rates with guarantee issue.

Disability

  • Long Term Disability to assure you income replacement in the event of disability. Premium is fully funded by us.
  • Short Term Disability options available for brief disabilities.

Paid Time Off

  • Accrual begins immediately upon employment.
  • New employees can earn up to 23 days annually.
  • Begin accruing additional time on your two year anniversary date.
  • Unused time is not lost — unused time will be carried over if not all used within a year.

Retirement Program

  • We provide an employer sponsored 401(k) plan that provides a vesting schedule that begins immediately.
  • Contributions are automatic from us with additional matching contributions if you choose to participate.

Extended Illness Benefit

  • In addition to your Paid Time Off, you will begin earning immediately an additional seven days off with pay for time away from work due to illness.
  • Unused time will be carried forward into your new anniversary dates.
